Theatre has anthropological, and sociological responsibility in performance. Understanding and interpreting human interaction requires a multifaceted approach. While one portion is psychological, the other is physical. The actors ability to merge these two studies together is the most important component in effective communication. This technical step somatically embodies human story, cultural identity, and collective consciousness.

Come and participate in activities that bring us together, listen to a few stories, and learn about my journey at Goddard.
As Augusto Boal said “...theatre is a weapon. A very efficient weapon...a weapon for liberation.” I call on a greater responsibility in educators in theatre to teach empowerment through personal inquiry, and resilient practices of emotional sustainability.
